How to make a return
To make a return please follow these steps:
- Log into your account and find the “orders” section
- Find the item you want to return and click the button “Ask for a refund”
- Submit the form
- You’ll receive a confirmation E-Mail with the return address
- Pack the goods into a safe box or re-use our parcel if it’s not damaged and send it to the mentioned address
- We’ll keep you informed about your refund once we receive our parcel
Check the status of my return
- Log into your account and go to the section “My Refund requests”
- In there you’ll see the actual status of your return. There you can also leave an additional comment.
Where do I send the return?
Follow the above mentioned steps to announce your return. You’ll receive an E-Mail with the address of our warehouse.
How long will the return process take?
Please consider that although we do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible, it may take up to 14 working days until you receive your refund once we receive your returned items.

to return your unwated items
If you’re not satisfied with our products you have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days after delivery.
According to our return policy we can only refund items that apply to the following conditons:
- The returned items must be undamaged and unworn
- The return request must occur within 14 days after you received your order
- Returns announced later than 14 days can not be guaranteed
Be aware that we do not refund the costs for the return shipment.
