What are the delivery charges for orders?

The shipping costs depend on your shipping address and will be calculated in the checkout sessions according to our local carrier. 

Depending on the customs regulations of your country, additional custom handling fees may apply and will be invoiced directly by the courier.  

How long will delivery take?

In general you’ll get your parcel within one working week. Please understand if the shipment is delayed due to unforeseen events.

What is your return policy?

14 days return policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, you have the right to return it undamaged and unworn within 14 days. We do not refund shipping costs for returns.

Make sure you order the correct size

Before you complete your order, make sure that you have chosen the right size according to the size chart. If you match your measurements with the size chart, you will find the correct size. The size chart can be found on each product under the tab size chart

Replacement of a damaged product

It is our highest claim to provide a flawless customer experience. Nevertheless, it can happen that production errors occur during the manufacturing process. In such cases your product will be replaced. Please follow the return process to get a refund. 

How long do I have to wait for a refund?

After we received your returned items, it will take up to 14 working days after receiving your parcel until we’ve checked your request and issued a refund. You can always check the status of the refund once logged into your account.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At the moment we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal.

How secure is shopping on Is my data protected?

We keep our online shop up to date with the current security standards. Our online shop is SSL encrypted and payments are made via a secure connection to our payment services.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you’ve finished your order we’ll start working on the fulfillment of your products straight away. Please make sure you’ve received the order confirmation in your mailbox (check also the spam folder).

Where can I find my order number?

Log in to your user account and you’ll find the history of your orders with all the details. Every order will be confirmed with an e-mail sent to you after the purchase. There you’ll also find all the details you need.
